The Taft Museum of Art (TMA) offered high-impact educational programs that benefited children and families for the academic year 2020/2021. While Covid-19 has necessitated adaptation, TMA continued its mission-critical educational work to provide free and low-cost programming for students, youth and families that capitalize on TMA's high-quality arts experiences. The overarching goal of education programming is to provide educational opportunities for diverse audiences by building relationships with scholars, artists, teachers, and other cultural organizations. TMA redesigned in-person programs to be online virtual tours, artist presentations, digital resources for schools and virtual programs for families to engage in art together. Virtual or hybrid format programs included: youth and family program, Family Funday; virtual school programs and resources for teachers; Artists Reaching Classrooms, a high school outreach program; Art for All, a school outreach program; and 2021 summer camps.
