Know-To-Go Outreach Program for Schools
2018 marked the third year in a row that Know Theatre, Cincinnati's Theatrical Playground, enjoyed the support of the Dater Foundation for Educational programming. The 2018 grant allowed for the expansion of the Know-To-Go Educational Tour to two original musical productions for children -- The Inventive Princess of Floralee, which focuses on inspiring kids to get interested in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math); and Alice in Neverland, a mashup of two children's literary classics that strengthens kids' understanding of critical thinking, problem-solving, and perseverance through adversity. More than 7,500 students enjoyed performances of these bright and interactive original performances at low or no cost, thanks to support from the Dater Foundation.
