Cincinnati Public Radio recently presented the Charles H. Dater Foundation with its prestigious Ovation Award in honor of the Foundation’s abiding belief in children and its generous support of WGUC, WVXU, and Cincinnati Public Radio. Since 1996, the Dater Foundation has made 26 grants to WGUC and WVXU totaling in excess of $700,000. The Ovation Award is presented to persons and organizations in the Cincinnati area that have enriched classical music and the arts.
