Non-profit organizations in Greater Cincinnati seeking funding for high impact programs and projects that benefit children are encouraged to submit a grant application request.
The Foundation wants to make the process of seeking financial support as easy as possible for organizations. Important - reading or reviewing the Grant Request/Application Guidelines should be the first step in the process. The Guidelines include background information on the Foundation, its grantmaking history, grantmaking focus, and timing issues. The News section of this web site includes news releases summarizing recent grants made by the Foundation. The Foundation will accept a one-page “pre-application summary proposal” and provide feedback to an organization, lest undo time be spent preparing a formal grant application request that is not likely to be funded. This document should include general information about the organization, program/project description and budget, who has or will be impacted by the program, the anticipated amount of a grant request, and other sources of funding. Send to Beth Broomall (email: bb@DaterFoundation.org). This section of the web site contains the Grant Request/Application form and the information required in a Grant Evaluation Report, which applicants must agree to complete.
